This Department has a major role in our organization. We have dedicated delivery departments at every branch in Pan India, ensuring synchronized operations nationwide.
Training for these departments is conducted at four regions on the same day. Our basic training includes everyday checks of consignment arrivals at their respective destinations to maintain 100% transparency.
Our Operational Workflow
Receiving pre–alerts from booking branches and coordinating according with the clients. They work closely with traffic departments for smooth transit.
Once the vehicle arrives, manpower is arranged based on the truckload and sent to the customer's place at the estimated time given.
Once Unloading/unpacking is done, they take feedback from the customers on our services and their expectations to ensure satisfaction.
We analyse the delivery department’s performance by receiving the feedback forms and accordingly take measures for betterment.
