Frisal is a town and Tehsil in Kulgam district in the Indian state of Jammu and Kashmir. It
is the second largest town as per population and area in the Kulgam district. It is situated
at 7 km from Bijbehara on Bijbehara-Arwanai-Frisal-Kulgam road and is 14 Kms from Kulgam.
