We the Agarwal Packers and Movers have an essential program while hiring a new employee ie “Employee Training Program”
Employee Training Program has two different chapters
A) Induction Class here in this chapter a new employee will be visiting all the departments and heads and will know the certain department job and function, our main intention of providing this program is an employee should have all the information about all the departments and their job function so that he can perform best while he is on field and he should eligible to solve the customer quires.
B) Job Role & Responsibilities employee gets an overview of the job expectations and performance skills needed to perform the job functions. We provide a fundamental understanding of the position and how the position fits within the organizational structure.
Tracking Department experts will have the total information about all the consignments happening, Tacking department experts will be updating time to time where exactly the consignment is we have specified tracking systems to track the vehicles and clear the blocks and reach the destination in time and safely
