Tarnaka is a city in Hyderabad District, in the Indian state of Telangana. The name of this
place came ‘Tar’ means wired and ‘naka’ means checkpost. Tanaka is one of the primary
residential and industrial hubs in Hyderabad Tarnaka’s local language is Telugu. Tarnaka
area has a total population of 40,779 with male and female populations of 20,431 and 20,348
respectively according to India’s 2011 census. The area is about 2.3 sq kilometres.
Tarnaka was a vineyard during the Nizams period and carries a historical
significance of this place. Till now, the area has trees and vegetation which keeps the
